I don't think that's right, at least for strict superfairness.<br />I recall hearing a story about an American who was denied a place on a Masters because he went to City College of which no one in England had heard. The American G.I (this was just after the War ) persisted so Lionel Robbins gave him a place on the Masters program. Three weeks later, the guy was on the faculty.
